Theft at Lanark farm this week

Police are looking for witnesses to - or information on - two incidents at farms in Clydesdale this week.

Between Friday, May 6, and Sunday, May 8, a workshop was broken into on Kilbank Farm, Lanark.

A quantity of items were stolen, including a McCulloch chainsaw and a Stihl saw.

Anyone with information is urged to phone Police Scotland on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 in confidence.

And about 23.40 on Monday night four males were disturbed acting suspiciously at a vehicle parked on Townhead Farm, Libberton, Carnwath. Again, the police are looking for witnesses.
