Thieves steal jewellery and money from a Bearsden house

Jewellery and a quantity of money was stolen from a house in Rannoch Drive, Bearsden on Friday, February 26 between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

A post on a community facebook page, said: “Please let the people of Killermont area know there was another break-in last night.

“Whoever it was knew that the people in the house were out, this was a young couple who only moved in about a year ago.

“Please if you know anyone in this area, especially old people, can you advise them to keep all doors locked even if they are in the house.”
