PRODUCT RECALL - Aldi withdrawing luxury yogurts due to undeclared hazelnut

The Food Standards Agency has reported the product as a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to hazelnuts.

The names of the products are:

- Specially Selected Scottish Luxury Yogurt, 150g

- Specially Selected Canadian Blueberry Luxury Yogurt, 150g

- Specially Selected Fudge and Cream Luxury Yogurt, 150g

Other information: Aldi Specially Selected

product code: 64284 with a ‘Use by’ date of October 20.

Advice to consumers:

If you have bought one of the above products and have an allergy to hazelnuts, do not eat it.

Instead, return the product to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.

Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in stores that were distributed the product. Aldi will be contacting the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall.

No other Aldi products are known to be affected.
