Vets urge ban on training collars
The British Veterinary Association and the British Small Animal Veterinary Association are calling for a complete ban on electric pulse training collars.
The devices are sometimes used in dog training as a form of punishment however research shows that electric pulse collars are no more effective than positive reinforcement methods.
