VIDEO APPEAL: Warning after car theft
A householder has issued a warning after a car was stolen from Woodilee Village, Lenzie.
The local man says there have been a number of break-ins and thefts from the area.
CCTV footage captured a grainy image of a man trying a number of doors in the estate in the early hours on Thursday, shortly before a Vauxhall Astra was stolen.

Hide AdHe said: ‘‘I want to let people know it is happening. Since this we have heard of quite a lot of break ins. I’d warn people to make sure their doors are locked and their keys are hidden.’’
A spokesman for Kirkintilloch Police said: ‘‘Inquiries are ongoing and we are aware of CCTV footage.’’
