Water charges second lowest
Household water charges in Scotland are among the lowest in the UK, according to the latest figures from utility company Scottish Water.
The average current household charge in Scotland is £351, £22 above the lowest in the UK, which is Severn Trent Water at £329.
The highest average charge is South West Water at £488.
