Lanark Doctors have changed the way they organise appointments, with a new system which should allow patients to be seen on the day they phone up, and New Lanark is providing the world’s first organic tartan, with yarn taken from sheep from a royal flock.

There are photos of the Remembrance services in Carluke and Lanark, and Lanark children are looking forward to BBC Children in Need on Friday as they will be appearing!
