Wishaw General patients and visitors get flavour of menu
VISITORS and staff will be offered the chance to get a flavour of the patient meal service at Wishaw General Hospital.
A patient menu tasting session has been arranged from 2.00pm until 3.30pm today.
Eileen Clarke, senior nurse and nutrition lead for Wishaw General Hospital said: “We are extremely proud of the food we provide for our patients and continually work with our service providers, dietitians and patient representatives to monitor nutritional standards, quality and patient satisfaction.
“We want to give patients, visitors and relatives a chance to sample the food that is being served in the wards on the same day and to give us their views on the improvements we have made.”
