Woman hit by car in Kirkintilloch
A woman has been taken to hospital with minor injuries after she was knocked down by a car this morning in Kirkintilloch.
The accident happened at about 8.45am on Alexandra Street at the junction with Cowgate.
The woman was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
