Women strike up a conversation . . .
A series of events aimed at East Ren women — from a mum and grans cafe to info on voting — will run until September.
The Women in Conversation sessions were set up at the request of local women, and the first — on equality issues — takes place on July 9, 12.30-3pm at Thorntree Hall.
Councillor Mary Montague commented: “If you’re interested in exploring these issues, please come along and take part. Everyone who is involved will be able to discuss issues important to women in a supportive environment.”
