Nine-year-old Neve Irvine, who is autistic, put together an illustration for a poster which will be used in schools across the UK to help remind parents, teachers and children what the five age ratings U, PG, 12A, 15 and 18 mean.

Neve, from Kirkintilloch, was one of the winners selected from over 130 individual entries by a panel of judges including BBFC president, Patrick Swaffer and Lucinda Hasell, director of policy and communications at Childnet International.

Neven’s mum Lesley said: “Neve is a very talented drawer.”
