The talented young singer’s manger, dad Peter O’Neil said today (Monday): “Katee was over the moon when we got the call from Opium Arts Management to say Seasick Steve had seen her video of Purple Shadows and would like her to sing with him at Wembley arena in London.

“He also asked if she would sing the Steve Earle song My old friend the blues as he had seen her video of that on YouTube too”.

Katee will fly down on Friday morning to prepare for the big night and hopes she may soon be following in the footsteps of fellow Bishopbriggs singer Amy Macdonald who has sold millions of records worldwide.
