Carnwath’s Linzi Henderson 1st lady at Snowman Rally

CARNWATH rally ace Linzi Henderson has ‘branched out’ for her first competitive taste of forest rallying.

And Linzi (18) – who’d previously competed on tarmac – ‘logged’ a very impressive performance at the Snowman Rally in Inverness.

She was second in the 1400cc class and was the first lady driver, a performance described by her parents Walter and Sandra as “absolutely fantastic”.

Linzi’s next Scottish Rally Championships outing will come at the Borders Rally this Saturday, March 22. The championship runs until October.
