Crawford Primary pupil Andrew Wright is rugby mascot

CRAWFORD Primary School pupil Andrew Wight enjoyed the thrill of running out onto a pitch in front of almost 70,000 rugby fans.

P6 pupil Andrew (11) was mascot for Scotland’s 20-0 Six Nations Championship defeat to England at Murrayfield earlier this month.

He said: “It was a great experience. The hairs were standing up on the back of my neck.”
