Cyclists on their bikes to get new season under way

There was strong representation from neighbouring Clubs Falkirk BC, Lenzie Velo, Glasgow Nightingales, Glasgow Green CC and SR Albannach who were invited along to challenge the Kilsyth and Cumbernauld racers.

Winners were duo Michael Lavery and Cameron Richardson of RCCK with David Hodson and Adrian Dow, also from RCCK, coming a close second. In third place were Chris Barr and Eachann Gillies of SR Albannach.

The mixed pairs category was won by Lindsay Branston and Sandy Gibbons (RCCK) and the guests category was taken by Sean Stead and Danny Branston of Glasgow Nightingales who were also 5th overall. The club would like to thank Twechar Miners Welfare for hosting before and after the event.
