Celtic admit the seismic 'opportunity' Oasis have presented them as they make one thing clear over tickets
Oasis are coming to Celtic Park in 2027 and the Hoops have spoken out.
Celtic have urged supporters not to contact them over Oasis tickets after it was confirmed the Gallagher brothers were bound for Parkhead.
After their blockbuster reunion tour last year, it’s been confirmed the iconic Britpop band made famous by Liam and Noel Gallagher will be back on the road next year, kicking off with five huge nights at Celtic Park. The home of the Premiership champions replaces Edinburgh’s Murrayfield as their Scottish location with extra dates also added to cope with expected demand.
A rush for those golden tickets will commence this month and the Hoops insist the concerts have provided them a new opportunity. They have also urged fans to not put enquires over the gigs towards club staff as they are not involved in the ticket process.
What have Celtic said about Oasis at Parkhead?
A club statement reads: “Celtic Football Club is delighted to confirm that Celtic Park has been chosen to host the opening five nights of Oasis’ Live ‘27 world tour. As announced by the band earlier today, Paradise will be the first stop on the tour, kicking off on Friday, May 21, 2027, followed by shows on May 23, 25, 28 and 29.
“Last year saw Oasis reform after 16 years apart, with the band going on to sell shows across the globe, performing to more than two million fans over the course of their Live ‘25 tour, which included three dates in Scotland. It has been more than 30 years since Celtic Park last hosted a major concert, and following their emotional and hotly-anticipated reunion last year, the news that Liam and Noel will be performing live in Glasgow’s East End next May is thrilling for music fans.
“These shows also present an opportunity to showcase Celtic Park in a totally different way, and we are sure that the iconic atmosphere our stadium is famous for worldwide will contribute to making these dates some of the most in-demand that Scotland has ever seen. Everyone at the Club is thrilled at the prospect of hosting Oasis next year at the start of what is set to be another history-making tour.

Can Celtic be contacted for Oasis tickets?
“For a chance to buy tickets, fans need to register at oasisinet.com by 4pm on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Please note, the Celtic Ticket Office cannot assist with General Admission ticket applications, sales, or queries. Supporters are kindly asked not to contact the Ticket Office directly regarding general concert tickets.”
Noel Gallagher said of the gigs and when they were decided: “It was after about the second Wembley show. Nobody really knew what was going to happen at the (time), well, you can see it on our documentary, but nobody really knew how it was going to go. So we did Cardiff and Manchester, and then by the time we got to Wembley, somebody said, ‘well, you know’, and it was decided we were going to do it, and it was all set in motion then.”
