The tracksuit that has made its way to Spain is part of a retro-inspired range featuring Adidas’ signature 3-stripe design, with hoodies and tracksuits. The collection was launched by former Celtic player Mikael Lustig who modelled the clothes for a photo shoot at The Barras. With Yamal’s valuation at £122 million, he is unlikely to be following in his dad’s footsteps and appearing in Celtic colours on matchday any time soon.
Adidas are expected to extend their kit agreement with Celtic after a successful first four years of a five year deal relationship. The deal with the German sportswear brand was described as "the biggest kit sponsorship ever to be announced across Scottish sport."
