The 'unplayable' Celtic star who continues to scale new heights as goal contributions hailed 'unbelievable'
Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn has made a flying start to the season after racking up a breathtaking 21 goal contributions in just 17 appearances.
Following his midweek Champions League brace during the Hoops 3-1 victory against his boyhood club RB Leipzig, the German added another goal to his ever-increasing tally in Kilmarnock on Sunday to ensure he became the club’s current top scorer with ten.

Written off by many supporters during his first six months in Glasgow’s east end, Kuhn has proved why it’s wrong to judge a player prematurely by putting those early struggles behind him.
His form is now attracting English Premier League interest and Kuhn’s rapid rise since starring against the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea in pre-season has come as no surprise to the Celtic squad, skipper Callum McGregor has admitted.
“Unbelievable,” McGregor said when asked about his teammate’s start to the campaign. “His form has been incredible, especially for a young wide player, sometimes it can fluctuate a little bit, but since the start of the season, probably since that Man City game in pre-season, he's been unplayable.

“Kasper (Schmeichel) as well came up with some big saves again. He’s a top goalkeeper, big personality, big experience as well, and on days like Sunday, when it's not really pretty, then he stands up, and he's counted for the team, and that's why he's been a top goalkeeper.
“He’s obviously a big personality as well, we've seen a lot in the games, so you try and draw on people like that as well in your group. We've got some young lads as well, who look up to the older guys, so the more experienced bodies, and good people you can get in the building, then it certainly stands you in good stead for your group.”
Celtic continue to trade blows with Aberdeen at the league summit heading into the final international break of the year and McGregor reckons the pressure being applied on their shoulders by Jimmy Thelin’s side is helping to bring out the best of his team mates.

So, like I say, we know what we're doing, we've been over the course many, many times, we know it's about us, and how we prepare, and how we train, and then when the game comes around, it's an opportunity to show what we've been doing all week.
“That just all builds and culminates come the end of the season. So, we feel good where we are, there are teams challenging, and that's great, it just keeps us ultra sharp and focused.”
