Clyde take on three

CLYDE have announced three new signings for the coming season.

On Saturday the Bully Wee confirmed David Marsh, Gary Graham and Nic Rajovic had all signed up.

Midfielder David Marsh is 22 years old and has transferred to Clyde from Cumbernauld United on a twelve-month contract. Gary Graham, 17, is an ex-Hearts striker and is on a two-year deal. 19-year-old goalkeeper Nic Rajovic was formerly at Kilmarnock and will be part of the Broadwood club for two years.

Clyde manager Jim Duffy told the club website: “We are two weeks away from our first game and it is an important time as we seek to add to the squad within the resources available.

“David Marsh is a player we have been aware of for a while. Central defence is obviously a priority to add to, following the loss of Brian McQueen and Declan Gallagher from last season, and this is an opportunity for him as he steps up from Cumbernauld United.

“Gary Graham is an exciting prospect, he just turned 17 in April and I was keen for him to join. He is raw but has good potential and I look forward to seeing him progress.

“Finally, Nic Rajovic comes in from Kilmarnock. It is important that we have two ‘keepers and I’m glad that we have confirmed those positions for our first team squad for this season and next. Nic has acquitted himself well and will work with Jamie (Barclay) and our goalkeeping coach Rob Glen as he develops.”
