Loan signing Joe McGovern was given his debut in goal as Jamie Barclay and Nik Rajovic were both out with injuries.

In a scrappy first half, Clyde were the better side for most of the 45 minutes. A Brian McQueen header was cleared off the line and Stefan McCluskey came close with a shot from the edge of the box.

The Bully Wee eventually went ahead in the 25th minute when McCluskey latched onto a loose ball in the box and his shot past the Queen’s Park keeper.

The visitors were limited to long range efforts in their attempt to respond, with McGovern comfortably dealing with anything that came his way.
