The Belgian - just the fifth foreign manager in the Light Blues history - took over the hot seat in November last year and has led an impressive revival following an extremely sluggish start to the season.
He has got Rangers back in a position to challenge for silverware, with Celtic currently three points ahead with only five post-split fixtures left to play. A Scottish Cup semi-final clash with Hearts at Hampden Park will provide a welcome distraction from league duties this weekend.
As Clement bids to clean up the mess left behind previous boss Michael Beale following a controversial squad overhaul last summer, the ex-Monaco head coach will be hoping to bring the glory days back to Ibrox.
With that in mind we take a look at the last 16 Rangers managers and how there careers have fared since leaving Glasgow.

5. Jimmy Nicholl (Caretaker manager) - Northern Ireland assistant manager
A highly-respected coach and former manager who famously guided Raith Rovers to League Cup glory in season 1994/95. Assisted Graeme Murty for a short period before being placed in interim charge alongside Jonatan Johansson in May 2018. Currently serves as No.2 to Northern Ireland head coach Michael O'Neill, a part-time role he has been in since the summer of 2020. | Getty Images
6. Graeme Murty (Caretaker manager) - Sunderland Under 21s
Joined Rangers initially as head coach of the club's development squad but was propelled into the first-team hot seat after Mark Warburton & assistant David Weir left in February 2017. Filled the same role for a second time when Pedro Caixinha was dismissed, enduring mixed fortunes. Moved to Sunderland in October 2022 as head of professional development, a position which includes taking charge of the Under-21s. | Getty Images
7. Pedro Caixinha - Red Bull Bragantino
The Portuguese boss was a rather left-field appointment. He arrived on a three-year contract in March 2017 but lasted only seven months in the role. Received massive criticism following Rangers' early shock Europa League exit to Progres Niederkorn of Luxembourg. His 227-day reign was described as "a desperate mess from start to finish". Since leaving, he went to South America with Cruz Azul and Saudi Aabia with Al Shabab. Also had spells at Santos Laguna and Talleres before switching countries again. 8. Mark Warburton - Currently without a club
Rocked up at Ibrox in the summer of 2015 along with returning club legend David Weir as his No.2. Led the club to a league and Challenge Cup double, including promotion back to Scottish football's top-flight. Things turned sour in early 2017 and the Englishman eventually resigned from his position. Had spells in charge of Nottingham Forest and QPR and most recently quit his role as first-team coach at West Ham United. | Getty Images
