The scratch prize was won by Mary Stronach of Palacerigg and Lorraine Glyn of West Lothian. The runners up with a 73 were Palacerigg ladies Patricia Pratt and Moira Mitchell, who also had the only two on the day.

The winners were visitors, Jasmine Dorans from Dullatur and Joanne Quinn from Bonnybridge also with a 73 with a better inward half and were presented with the Ellen Byers Cup by Lady Captain, Evelyn Doak.

Team captain Elaine Provan is quietly studying the performance of the ladies on the course before she selects her team for the Bryson Cup, which will be played over three consecutive days (Ryder Cup format) against Dullatur next month.
