On the day the club members and visitors raised £2,750 which has been matched, thanks to one of our members, Joe Long, by Santander, giving a grand total of £5,500.

The club was delighted to present its chosen charity, Watch Us Grow, with a cheque for £5,500 which will support the expansion of the work they carry out and allow more young adults to benefit from its work.

During the past two months the club has raised over £11,000 for charity thanks to the generosity of its members and visitors.

The club would also like to thank all the local businesses who donated prizes for the raffles.

The Green Trophy which is a mixed trophy organised by the ladies section was played but had to be shortened to a nine-hole competition due to driving rain and wind. The winners were Evelyn Doak and Frank Anderson.

The ladies played a match against Tillicoultry at home and won 2 and 1 – well done to all who took part.
