Thirteen is lucky for first time pairing
SATURDAY, April 13 proved to be lucky for the first time pairing of Kilsyth Lennox Golf Club’s Hugh P. Blackwood and Daniel Comrie, as they comfortably won the Winters Trophy with a combined score of 142.
Runners up were Anthony Wildy and Drew Jarvis.
A large field enjoyed the glorious spring weather for the four-ball competition.
On Sunday, April 14, the Thomson McCrone team kicked of their league campaign with a home defeat to a very determined Vale of Leven team. Their next fixture is away to an in-form Palacerigg.
