Hole-in-one for Hollandbush golfer Stephen Reilly

A COUPLE of minutes after missing an 18-inch putt, Hollandbush Golf Club member Stephen Reilly was celebrating making a coveted hole-in-one!

Stephen (52), of Heathfield Drive, Blackwood, aced the 154-yard par three sixth hole, just moments after his putting aberration on the 240-yard par four fifth.

He said: “I knew the ball was going to be close as it was heading straight for the flag, but I never thought it was going to go in.

“So I couldn’t believe it when I saw the ball was in the hole.

“I was on cloud nine and I started jumping up and down like a madman!”
