As well as receiving the club’s Player of the Year prize from Hamilton Accies midfielder Ali Crawford, James later landed the final award of the night – the overall Clydesdale Player of the Year trophy – from Provost Eileen Logan.

“James was absolutely delighted and overwhelmed to receive two trophies,” said Kirkfield United under-14s coach Vinny McEwan.
