Jason (25), continued his dominance of this year’s championship by being in a class of his own throughout the entire weekend.

“I was pretty pleased with that,” Jason told Gazette Sport after the meeting.

“In the one race I didn’t win, I made an error when I missed a buoy. This meant that I was docked a lap which meant I was automatically placed last of the 16 competitors.

“Despite that handicap, I managed to overtake a fair percentage of the field and I eventually finished fifth in that race which was a good effort.”

Jason, SKI GP champion for each of the past three years, was again particularly focused on this class in the Cheshire meet.

And the Champney Springs and TG Forklifts sponsored rider didn’t disappoint by once again winning all three races to score maximum points and further extend his current lead at the top of the points table.
