Jet ski ace Jason Young leads British Championship

Defending British champion Jason (23) enjoyed a truly fantastic weekend of action at Leisure Lakes near Preston, dropping only seven points from the maximum tally of 360 to go into first place overall in the SKI GP class.

Jason said: “It’s the first time I’ve ever won five races out of six at a British Championship meeting.

“I’ve been competing for 10 years, so it means a lot to me.

“I hope to keep it going in the remaining four rounds this season and hopefully get six wins at the same meeting at some point.”
