Lanark Gymnastic Club to host fabulous festival

The festival takes place in Lanark Auction Market this Saturday and Sunday and it brings gymnastic teams and spectators from various parts of the UK to Lanark for the weekend.

There will be show stopping performances from teams including Middlesburgh who are the current British display team champions and of course the high flying Spartans.

Lanark has various performances from the Recreational Group, Acrobatic Section, the Lunar Display Team and Senior Display Team.

The club teaches various disciplines of gymnastics and hold all their classes in Lanark’s YMCA. T

hey have recently gained medals in their first Scottish Tumble Championships and various partnerships will take part in the Scottish Acro Competition.

The Display team performs at various venues throughout the UK and cannot wait to show off their gymnastic talents to a home crowd.
