Law and District AAC under-12s triumph at Superteams
A QUARTET of Law and District AAC under-12 athletes were left on tenterhooks by Scottish Athletics official Jim Goldie at a top competition.
Joking Jim kept under-12 Law members Leah Keisler, Ellie Gregory, Haley Berry and Rachel Donnelly in suspense as they waited to find out if they’d triumphed at the National Superteams Indoor Championships in Glasgow’s Emirates Arena.
Law & District AAC secretary Lesley McNicol explained: “After the competition all the athletes waited for an hour and a half while the final scores were compiled, which was very stressful.”
