LOCAL GYM NAMED AS NATIONAL CHAMPION IN EUROPEAN BUSINESS AWARDS

The parent company of The Gym Glasgow South, on Cathcart Road, has been named as a National Champion in the European Business Awards and will represent the UK in the prestigious competition in January 2015.

The Gym Group beat off stiff competition to be selected as one of Europe’s National Champions and will compete in the second round of the competition in January 2015. The Awards are supported by business leaders from across Europe.

The Gym Group has lead the way for low-cost gyms in the UK and offers one of the cheapest gym memberships in Glasgow. The company was founded in 2007 and operates 47 gyms across the UK with plans to open close to 60 by the end of the year.
