A major boost however is the arrival of former Linlithgow Rose captain, and double Scottish Junior Cup winner, Danny Smith.

The centre-half joins in a player/coach capacity and will bring some much needed experience to the Rangers defence.

In addition, two signings have been made from Campsie Black Watch - Joe Barclay, a forward, and Paul Hamilton, a midfielder.

Kenny McLellan from Bannockburn Amateurs, who has had senior experience at Dunfermline, has also joined the Duncansfield club.
