Rugby: Biggar are better

Biggar rugby club completed a southside double at the weekend when they defeated Whitecraigs in the BT Cup.

The Lanarkshire side won 46-27 against the Newton Mearns side, having already seen off Cartha Queen’s Park a week prior.
‘Craigs are scheduled to host Ardrossan Accies at 3 p.m. on Saturday, while Cartha face Hamilton.
