The youngsters tore into their older and more experienced teammates-cum-rivals.
The Crusaders had the chance to snatch victory with a try in the last seconds of normal time but the conversion went astray, leaving the score at 19 all.
GHA scored in extra time to progress to the final.
But the spoils went to visitors Glasgow’s Biggest Ticket who beat GHA in the final, leaving the Braidholm team with a respectable score deficit of 24-21.
