The Back Road, a pub, bar or nightclub at 9 Queen Street, Stonehouse, Larkhall was handed an "improvement required" rating after assessment on April 29.
And Good Taste, a takeaway at 256 Glasgow Road, Blantyre, Glasgow was also given an "improvement required" classification on April 29.
