Peri Peri-dot, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 41 Main Street, Rutherglen, Glasgow was given the score after assessment on May 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Lanarkshire's 757 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 665 (88%) have pass ratings and 92 (12%) require improvement.
