A South Lanarkshire takeaway has been handed a new "improvement required" food hygiene rating.

CAMBUSLANG TRADING LIMITED, a takeaway at 120 Main Street, Cambuslang, Glasgow was given the score after assessment on April 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of South Lanarkshire's 163 takeaways with ratings, 105 (64%) have pass ratings and 58 (36%) require improvement.
