Blue Dog’s head bartender and supervisor has shared this recipe for their Arrogant Frog cocktail.
Ingredients
- 37.5ml Roku Gin
- 25ml RinQuinQuin
- 12.5ml Liqueur de Coquelicot (poppy liqueur)
- 37.5ml Pink grapefruit juice
Method
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with pink grapefruit and ginger.
