You might not expect much from a food court outlet in a central Glasgow shopping centre with a sign written in comic sans - but looks can be deceiving. 6. Silla - 1138 Argyle Street
Silla is one of the oldest Korean restaurants in Glasgow - opening way back in the early 2010's, long before people in the UK and Glasgow had realised how great Korean food really was. It's no small feat staying open as a hospitality business in the current climate, never mind for so long on one of Glasgow's most competitive food and drink thoroughfares. Bibimbap in the city centre is known for its modern take on traditional Korean cuisine.
