Find out what anew community hub will mean for you

People are being offered the chance to find out more about plans for a new Lennoxtown Community Hub - which will include information on the variety of services and facilities which will be available when it is completed in January next year.

Work is underway on the £5.29million Hub which will bring East Dunbartonshire Council, library, leisure and cultural services under one roof.

There will also be a range of healthcare services - including a new GP surgeries - in conjunction with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

A special drop-in awareness event is being held at Campsie Memorial Hall on Wednesday 3 June between 2pm and 7.30pm - giving people the chance to find out what services they can expect when the Hub opens next year.

Council officers, representatives from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, and the Council’s development partner, hub West Scotland, will be available to address any comments and questions you may have.
