GPs way behind online

New findings from research carried out this summer show that GP surgeries need to get up-to-date with their web presence and that many don’t even have a website.

The paper by Reform Scotland has shown that only two-thirds of GP surgeries in Scotland have a website, and that as little as seven per cent offer the option for appointments to be booked online.

Only 37 per cent allow online repeat prescriptions.
