Writing on Twitter, Wilson hit out at referee Bobby Madden by pointing to "two penalties denied for us" for fouls on Tony Watt and Allan Campbell.

After Madden had awarded a second penalty for handball, Wilson took to social media adding: "Farcical decision by Bobby Madden.

"Two pens to Rangers neither strong but second just ludicrous."

When responding to a tweet about Madden's performance, Wilson posted: "He has certainly been the most dangerous player on the field for Motherwell to cope with and strong in defence also."
