5. Go to show at the newly renovated Citizens Theatre

6. Go for a Sub Crawl on the new Glasgow Subway trains
The first new Glasgow Subway train since 1980 made its passenger debut last month. They're capable of being driverless, all carriages are connected, and there's 17 of them - what more could you want? Test them out with a Sub Crawl this year - no longer do you need to worry about getting separated from your pals on a separate carriage - the future truly has come Glasgow. 7. Get pampered at the new Lush shop on Buchanan Street
The new Lush Glasgow City anchor shop is home to some new concepts for the brand, along with a huge number of innovative new products, such as Lush lifestyle items available to purchase, including clothing, cosmetic bags, pins and soap dishes.
