What’s happening? The City Sightseeing Glasgow team are recruiting for part and full-time seasonal bus drivers for what they expect to be its busiest spring and summer since 2019. The job description for the role would traditionally require professional, friendly drivers with good local and vehicle knowledge.

This year it’s been replaced with a more, tongue in cheek, checklist. This includes looking for pure, dead brilliant bus drivers with big cheery smiles who would enjoy driving a belter of a big red open top bus. Those interested should also know the difference between a Glasgow kiss and a winch and know their lumber from their tinder.
