If listed, the housing block would see historic listed status, protecting it from possible future demolition works and redevelopment.

The medium-rise mass housing scheme at Woodside was designed and built between 1970 and 1974 by Glasgow architectural practice Boswell, Mitchell and Johnston. These flats are part of one of Glasgow’s post-war ‘comprehensive development areas’ and form a distinctive group of buildings north of the city centre.

Historic Environment Scotland have asked anyone with memories of living in the distinctive flats to get in touch, as well as current or past residents, those with insight in to the history of the flats, or a strong opinion on the buildings.
