The Walking Dead star, Andrew Lincoln, went for a meal in Glasgow City Centre this week

Andrew Lincoln, who plays the role of Rick Grimes in American TV show The Walking Dead stopped in for a meal at The Bucket List on Thursday, October 24.

Lincoln has been in Glasgow for the last few months as he films an upcoming production - which he was spotted filming in Dennistoun a few months ago for the new ITV thriller also starring Ewen Bremner of Trainspotting fame as well as Indira Varma and Eve Myles.

According to ITV, Andrew Lincoln plays John, a repressed man who is shocked to find himself in middle age, secretly raging at his life as a stay-at-home dad in a the fictional Scottish town of Coldwater.

Lincoln is best known for his role as Rick Grimes in post-apocalyptic horror television series The Walking Dead having also appeared in the Channel 4 series Teachers and also in Christmas favourite, Love Actually as Mark.

Andrew Lincoln went to the Cambridge Street restaurant / cafe yesterday for an early meal - choosing from their large breakfast / lunch menu.

Writing to Instagram, staff wrote: "'We're the ones who live'. Surprise visit at the Bucket List from Andrew Lincoln (aka Rick)."

It comes after Lincoln was spotted filming in the city's East End earlier this year.
